The accommodations were very clean, and the staff were friendly and willing to assist with a smile.

Lovely staff, felt very comfortable at the hotel.

The noise, but we expected that. The noise at night was fine, it was the 7am wake ups from the street cleaners that was a little annoying but probably good in the long run otherwise we'd have slept in and wasted half the day.

The location of Annam Serviced Apartments is superb, near the red light district. the service provided was amazing. - the rooms were spacious and equipped with private bathrooms.

Lots of decent food. Good value for money rooms with a toaster, washing machine/dryer, for example, and very amiable personnel. Location near all the cafes/bars/eateries of Kings Cross, a mini shopping centre and Kings Cross train station, and shops and the train station.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is excellent, with Kings Cross station just a couple of minutes walk away. It's great for exploring the city, with only two stops to the central city by subway. There are lots of restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance, giving you plenty of options to eat. The staff here were very friendly and helpful. They arranged an early check-in to suit my international flight and even asked which room I preferred. The service was excellent when we were late due to a late cruise arrival. I had a great experience here!

I would highly recommend this hotel to others.

There was a surchage for payments with credit card 1,5%. The room was not cleaned each day - only towels were changed and garbage taken away.

i really loved our apartment, and the location was fantastic for our needs. the staff were that good that i wanted to leave gifts for all of them they were so lovely down from the manger to admin and cleaning. will always go back if we have to go to sydney. tthanks very much!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This hotel offers excellent facilities at a great value for money. The staff are really helpful and provided us with maps and tips for exploring the area. The location is superb, just a short 5-minute walk from Kings Cross train station and with a supermarket close by. The rooms had a view of the small park and were well-maintained, with fresh towels, toiletries, and a separate dining area. The breakfast provided was also quite satisfying.

All was ok, nothing to complain about.

location, up to date furnishings, good size refridgerator, good size shower, foot rest with chair is A great idea, good comfortable bed. the bedlinen is lovely and crisp. towels good quality. really nice to get tea coffee each day.

the apartment needs A good clean. floors need A good wash, windows are dirty, table needs revarnish. chairs look bad cracked upholstry.
